Bookings: All bookings must be made in advance through the official website or directly with the resort. We do not accept bookings made through any third-party websites unless authorised by us.

Payment: Payment for the booking must be made in full at the time of booking. The resort reserves the right to cancel any booking if the payment is not received within the specified time frame.

Indemnity: By making a booking, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fillow Casa Pvt Ltd, its management and employees, and its travel partners from any claims, damages, or losses arising from any incidents or accidents that may occur during your stay. This includes, but is not limited to, any and all claims arising from your participation in any activities offered by the Resort, including, but not limited to, outdoor activities, wildlife encounters, and other recreational events.

Changes to the Itinerary: Fillow Casa Resorts reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary and activities offered at the resort without prior notice. Every effort will be made to inform guests of any changes as soon as possible.

Liability: Fillow Casa Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by guests as a result of any cancellations, delays, or changes to the itinerary.

Force Majeure: Fillow Casa Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms and conditions if such failure is due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

Cancellation Policy

Non-Cancellable and Non-Refundable:

All bookings made at Fillow Casa Pvt Ltd are non-cancellable and non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, it cannot be cancelled, or refunded under any circumstances. This policy applies to all rates, packages, and promotional offers.

We recommend that guests carefully review their travel plans and consider purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
